Any refunded or exchanged mattress must remain in the original factory sealed bag. Any products being exchanged or returned will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The local Mattress Depot owner/operator who sold you the mattress will happily offer you options for exchanging your mattress, or will provide a credit towards the purchase of a different mattress. Our return or exchange policy is 7 days and must have proof of purchase. Customer is responsible for bringing the product back to the original purchase location in the original factory sealed bag, regardless of whether or not delivery was made by Mattress Depot.
Mattress Depot only offers brand new mattresses, which are exceptional quality and directly from the manufacturer. Mattress Depot DOES NOT SELL used mattresses, rebuilt mattresses, as is mattresses, or returned mattresses. Mattress Depot’s core policy is to sell brand new mattresses to our customers.
